Highmark has a great location and amenities. The guest staff is outstanding. The unit 3B is spacious and was great for our family. Most of us felt the beds were uncomfortable and furnishings are looking rather shabby.

This rental was incredibly decorated and the view was on point. Plenty of room for my kids and I. The Plum Market downstairs was very convenient and the staff of the Highmark property was very responsive and happy to help. In fact, we were accommodated with a later check out to allow me to finish a bike race and check out after. The location was great! We could walk to the gondola for a ride up to the top of the mountain. The only challenges were that one toilet didn’t work completely and the elevator was unreliable.

We had a wonderful time! The condo is very nice and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and always very pleasant. The walk to the slopes (slightly uphill) is challenging but do-able. Love the complimentary snack/coffee bar!

This was our 3rd stay at Highmark & overall we really enjoyed the property & location. The living area seemed slightly smaller than other 3 bedroom units we’ve stayed in & I think it probably has to do with the extremely large master suite. We loved the 2 balconies & kitchen was well stocked except for no potholders. The queen bed in the 3rd bedroom was just ok & it squeaked when you moved. We had a minor issue with the ceiling fan but maintenance was right on it & fixed it quickly. Nathan was a great host & very personable. We would stay in Highmark again!

Everything was great except for a few smallish furnishing issues. A light & nightstand on both sides of the bed is helpful. Dishwasher doesn't clean well at all- probably just need filter cleaned. Staff was great, & other accommodations, i.e. shuttle was great.
